Shipping and Return Policy

SunCarbon ensures quality products and packaging to their customers. They have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery. There is free shipping on orders above Rupees 499 (INR).

Delivery Period

All the orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 2-5 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within minimum time possible as we partner with best of the delivery partners. Our partners take outmost care of your product, delivery and other details shared to contact you.

Terms of Replacement & Return

SunCarbon does not accept returns on products. But we do guarantee every product will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Please note that the product might look different in physical attributes from that described on packaging/advertisements; it is a natural product and may physically vary due to environmental conditions and raw materials etcetera. SunCarbon ensures the compositional consistence and effectiveness of its products.

SunCarbon take great care while making or selecting the best products for their customers that will help enhanced growth and yield. In case you have received a damaged packaging or an opened pack, we will accept the replacement.  Under no circumstances we are liable to return the products. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

Self- Return

If you dislike the product received, you can follow below steps to send the product to us:

  • If you are unhappy with our product, You can Self- Return the item to us within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The packaging of the product must be intact and not opened. We will not accept opened or used products for return, replacement, refund; i.e. the product must be in its original state to attract return and refund benefits.
  • We will send a replacement or initiate refund for the products to your source account once we receive the product at our address.
  • You will bear the shipping charges to return the products.

Refund Policy

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery. We will initiate a replacement product accordingly. No refund is provided in this condition.

Unopened/ Intact packaging is attributed to refund policy. Read more in Self-Return Section.
